Venison Sloppy Joe Mix
4 lbs. venison hamburger (no fat)
Saute onions and venison brown in bacon fat. Add all other ingredients; mix thoroughly; bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Pour into sterile clean Mason pint jars almost to the top. Put on the lids and freeze (safest) or boil the jars again completely covered by water for 15 minutes. DO NOT OPEN JARS IF THE CENTER OF THE LIDS HAS POPPED UP! THROW AWAY!
