1 lb. Venison
1 Danish Blue Cheese
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. bacon fat
1 egg
1 small onion
1 tsp. Dill
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
garlic powder to taste
2 ounces Beer

Mix sausage and ground venison. Combine with remaining ingredients exceptr cider. Brown until almost done. Add sherry to deglaze the pan.
