1 lb. Venison
11/4 lb. Gorgonzola Cheese
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. bacon fat
1 egg
1 small onion
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 ounces red wine

Mix sausage and ground venison. Combine with remaining ingredients exceptr cider. Brown until almost done. Add sherry to deglaze the pan.
