1 lb. Venison
11/4 lb. Jalapeno Pepper Cheese, Peeled and diced
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. bacon fat
1 egg
1 small onion
tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
garlic powder to taste
2 ounces rum

Mix sausage and ground venison. Combine with remaining ingredients exceptr cider. Brown until almost done. Add sherry to deglaze the pan.
